About SpotView

SpotView sends an ID-verified local to the Dutch rental viewing you already booked, and sends you back photos, video, a 24-point checklist and a straight verdict. We started it because we needed it ourselves.

Why we built it

SpotView is built by two founders — Ömer in Delft and Enes in Tilburg — who moved to the Netherlands and hunted for housing here. We've only just opened, so there are no customer reviews to show you yet. When there are, they'll be real ones.

How viewers are vetted

Identity-verified
Every viewer passes a government-ID (KYC) check before they can accept a single job.
GPS check-in
Your viewer checks in at the door. You see where they were and when.
Timestamped media
Photos and video are stamped with the time and the viewer who took them.
Scored, not vibes
A standardised 1–5 checklist on condition, size, light, noise and neighbourhood — plus a written verdict.
Always reachable
Message your viewer after the report lands. Anything still unclear, our team answers within 24 hours — guaranteed.

What we are not

We don't find homes or arrange viewings. You book the slot with the agent or landlord; we send someone to attend it and report back. SpotView is a reporting and attendance service, not a broker, and we never charge a month's rent.

We don't represent you, negotiate for you or influence the landlord's decision. You get an honest, structured report and decide for yourself.
